The signature anti-aging treatment in most Swiss Dr. Kadir partner salons is built around a simple sequence. We call it the M+P protocol. Mesobooster and Peptide.

Why this sequence works

Anti-aging treatments fail when they're either too aggressive (peels every 2 weeks, recovery dominates the experience) or too passive (a relaxing facial with no measurable result). The M+P protocol sits in the middle: it delivers a visible 4-week improvement, can be repeated every 6–8 weeks without recovery downtime, and pairs naturally with a homecare routine the client buys at the end of the appointment.

The 60-minute protocol

0–10 min: Double cleanse. Oil cleanser to dissolve sebum and SPF, then milk cleanser to clear the surface.

10–15 min: Gentle enzyme exfoliation. A papain-based enzyme mask. Not aggressive. The goal is surface preparation, not resurfacing.

15–25 min: Mesobooster application with mild massage. Apply Mesobooster Hyaluron generously, then perform 8–10 minutes of upward lifting massage. The combination of pressure and hyaluron delivery plumps the dermis visibly.

25–35 min: Treatment mask. A hydrating sheet mask or a custom-blended cream mask. 10 minutes of contact time.

35–45 min: Peptide layer. After removing the mask, apply No.1 Peptide Cream generously to face and neck. Light upward massage for 5 minutes. The peptides absorb best on warm, pre-hydrated skin.

45–55 min: Eye treatment. Cooling under-eye patches, eye cream tap-in, light orbital massage.

55–60 min: SPF + retail conversation. Apply SPF 50+, walk the client through their take-home routine, book the next appointment.

The homecare attach

Every M+P client leaves with a minimum of three products: - Mesobooster Hyaluron (the daily plumper) - No.1 Peptide Cream (the daily firmer) - SPF 50+

Optional add-ons most clients accept: - Peptide Eye Cream (high attach rate) - Vitamin C serum for AM - A weekly mask

Average retail attach: CHF 200–280 per first M+P appointment. Average rebook rate: 88% within 8 weeks.

Pricing the treatment

Swiss partners typically price M+P at CHF 220–280 for the cabin alone. With average retail attach, total revenue per client is CHF 420–560. Compare that to a CHF 130 "relaxing facial" with zero retail.
